HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
- Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). For questions about your order, email us nottisoapcompany@gmail.com with your inquiry and we will respond to you as soon as we can
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- When you place your order you receive an order confirmation, with access to your account details. Once the order is processed and fulfilled you will receive a notification with tracking number
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
- Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed
ARE THERE PRICES PRINTED ON THE INVOICE?
- There is no pricing information printed on the invoices that are included with orders
WHAT TO DO IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
- Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code, billing address and expiration date) match what you’ve entered into our system
WHEN WILL I REVEIVE MY ORDER?
- Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday), unless noted otherwise
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- We are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time unless it is to an APO address

- YES! All of products are handmade and made right here in the USA

- We use only the finest ingredients that we can find. There are absolutely no surfactants, detergents, or preservatives in any of our products
